A daily and weekly caloric expenditure estimate

This includes an estimate of your BMR caloric expenditure and an estimate of how much you should be consuming to either lose weight, gain weight or maintain your weight. Calculations are based off of an average of the mifflin- st Jeor equation, the Harris benedict equation and the Katch-McArdle formula along with other caloric estimates.

Consideration of your likes and dislikes

A balanced nutritious diet that has all the food that you don’t like to consume is discouraging for everyone. We consider your likes and your dislikes when it comes to foods and suggest healthier similar alternatives to keep the life in your meals. This not only includes healthier alternatives but also eating time suggestions

The major food sources available in your surroundings are considered and healthy substitutes considered to meet your nutrition needs.
